We list UK solicitors and chartered tax advisers only if they meet our published criteria, which include current registration with the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) or the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT). The directory opens when the first advisers meet them.

The guides explain how a UK–Spain estate is dealt with, from primary sources, and the short assessment points you to the ones that fit your situation. You do not need an adviser to read either.
