crossborderestate.com is operated by ASPECTERRA LIMITED, a company registered in Cyprus ("we"). The site publishes general information about cross-border estates, inheritance and property, organised by corridor, offers a short enquiry assessment, and may introduce you to independent advisers. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Everything on the site is general information, not legal, tax or financial advice, and using the site does not create a lawyer-client or adviser-client relationship with us. Neither crossborderestate.com nor its operator, ASPECTERRA LIMITED, is a law firm, and neither is regulated as a law firm or legal practice in any jurisdiction. When we reply to an enquiry, the reply is general information and signposting to guides, dates and, where available, independent advisers; it is not advice on your case. Using the site

No advisers are listed yet. Applying to be listed does not guarantee a listing. We decide on listings against our published criteria, and we may remove a listing that no longer meets them.

Intellectual property

The site's text, design and logo belong to us or to those who licensed them to us. You may quote short extracts with a link to the page they come from. Laws and official documents quoted on the site belong to their own authors.

Liability

We take care to keep the information accurate and up to date, but the law changes and general information may not fit your situation. Governing law
